Tracking

With the royal mail shipping of small orders under 2kg you will receive a notification as soon as the order is dispatched.
With courier orders we have to manually apply tracking information to your order so there may be slight delays in receiving dispatch notice and tracking info.

Our delivery terms

We have 2 methods of delivery, for small orders under 2kg we now use Tracked 48. larger orders we use a courier service.
Our typical lead time on products varies depending on how busy we are we try and aim for 1-3 days before shipping. If there is a longer wait time we will upload a banner to the homepage to state longer times. On certain occasions we do run out of a certain colour to process your order there may be a 1-2 day delay before dispatch. we aim to notify every customer if this happens.

Courier Delays

We at DW Signage take no responsibility for delays with the courier as this is out of our hands.
